He entered the Real Estate sales business in 1987 as a sales agent and obtained his Broker's license in 1988. He established his full service real estate agency, Galeria de Casas Real Estate, in Las Cruces in 1996 to better serve his clients’ needs . Roger is community minded. He is an active member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, the Las Cruces Sunrise Lions Club, and the Las Cruces Association of Realtors. He is a past member of the Salvation Army Board of Directors and Habitat for Humanity to mention just a few. Roger was extremely instrumental in the advent of the local Salvation Army Dress-A-Child program and Chaired this campaign for 4 years.
